Rooted Wellness
Welcome to a different way of caring for yourself.
One that honors your biology, your story, and the seasons you’re in.
In my practice, I follow a vitalist herbalism approach: supporting the body’s innate ability to heal by working with your natural rhythms, not against them. I look at wellness through a wide lens, considering the interconnected pieces of your life: nutrition, daily habits, emotional patterns, stress, and the seasons you’re moving through.
When you work with me, we don’t just talk about herbs.
We talk about what you’re eating, how you’re sleeping, where you’re holding tension, and what your body has been trying to communicate. We look at the whole picture so you can understand your own constitution, what strengthens you, what drains you, and what brings you back into balance.
My goal isn’t to give you a quick fix.
It’s to help you build a relationship with your body, your intuition, and the natural world around you. Together, we create simple, practical rituals, nutrient-dense foods, supportive herbs, grounding practices that fit your real life and help you feel more capable, resilient, and rooted.
About Me
I’ve studied herbalism with some of the most truly amazing teachers & herbalists, including Rosemary Gladstar, The Herbal Academy, Sajah Popham at the School for Evolutionary Herbalism, and the late John Gallagher of LearningHerbs. I’ve also trained in applied kinesiology with Dr. Gene Clerkin at Monadnock Natural Health and studied wellness and whole-body support with Rebecca Montrone at Wondrous Roots.
Alongside formal study, much of my education has come from time spent in nature—learning directly from the plants, paying attention, and building a practice that’s both practical and deeply intuitive.
My goal is simple: to help you understand your body, identify what’s out of balance, and find grounded, natural ways to support your health through the seasons.
